Frederick Gaston is a mediator, business coach, lawyer, and entrepreneur. He takes great pleasure in helping others overcome hurdles such as business conflicts, so that they can focus on making their businesses flourish. In addition to helping companies in general, he has litigated hundreds of business matters and, with training through the National Conflict Mediation Center, is especially well equipped in resolving disputes.  Frederick moved to California after serving his country in the U.S. Navy as a Chinese linguist. After graduating from Chaminade University in Hawaii with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Frederick studied at Qingdao Haiyang University in Qingdao, China. Subsequently Frederick attained his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego Law School. Since that time Fred has founded, operated, and exited many varied businesses both individually and with clients and friends. His passion for professionalism and the law adheres to a family tradition. Frederick is a third-generation attorney, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather.

Paul F. Sorrentino has been practicing law in San Diego, CA for 4 decades after obtaining his degree from California Western School of Law. He has specialized in Labor & Employment for more than 25 years now and has tried more than 100 trials and hundreds more arbitrations. Paul is well versed in Class Actions, PAGA cases, and complex litigation after having been lead counsel in more than 120 Class Actions to date and has successfully litigated matters throughout California, and in Florida, Missouri, Texas, Washington, Hawaii, and Nevada and previously practiced criminal law, personal injury, and more for the first half of his career. Paul has practiced on both sides of the bar and has the tools and knowledge to assist parties in coming to a fair resolution through mediation. He understands the mediation process as good as anyone as well as the risks of trial, both bench and jury.

Vincent P. Sorrentino is licensed in California, Arizona, Nebraska, and as a Patent Attorney with the USPTO. He has founded two law firms (Sorrentino & Associates PC and Virtus Law Group LLP) that are both thriving to this day. Vincent has been named Top 40 Under 40 for Civil Plaintiff’s Lawyers in California following 2024 as well as recognized by Super Lawyer’s as a Rising Star, Lawyers of Distinction, and Elite Lawyer. Vinny has a background in Engineering after receiving his Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering from UCLA and brings those objective problem-solving skills to law and mediation. Vinny’s career has spanned from clerking for a Federal Judge to working for a National Law Firm with over 900 attorneys to opening his own practices and bringing in more $1M in recovery for his plaintiff clients his first year in practice and resolving cases for 1% of the demand for his defense clients. Vinny has been counsel on more than 12 Class Action and PAGA suits and has a wide range of experience and knowledge. Due to his objectivity and reasonableness, Vinny is well suited to mediate your case and help bring the parties to a mutually agreeable resolution.
